We have developed a highly facilitated and interactive program that rolls over an 11 month immersion, where like minded leaders meet up monthly to collaborate on their leadership.

The Top Fifteen Percent program solves the internal subjective leadership problems that technical expertise simply can't. The HBR article "Seven
Transformations of Leadership" indicates that 85% of the workforce stop being effective at the 'achiever' level and 15% of leaders develop into even higher levels of effectiveness.
The program runs over 11 monthly immersions in an openly facilitated forum where the group is mentored and guided through the key leadership enablers. It takes place within a 'learn and do' environment. We help solve real time leadership problems in the room with the people experiencing these problems in real life. We look at the unresolved people problems, the challenges that won't go away and the competencies needed to lead self and teams.
By addressed these challenges head on leaders can solve the unresolved and challenging people problems and take their leadership to being in The Top Fifteen percent.

This program provided a really good balance of theory and practical examples. You come away with the understanding of what the skill was and a clear demonstration of how to apply it!
Leadership today requires you to go wide, deep, and wide again. It requires you to have a clear picture of the future and to be highly responsive to the climate and culture you are in right now. Leadership needs to be adaptive and resistant so you make measurable progress towards the shared dream. Leadership agility is the ability to apply many and varied leadership styles to fast paced, ever changing environments. It's the ability to read a room, shift a team, understand a person and make meaningful connections that move the mission forward.
Agile leadership is the ability to manage people and structures, relationships and reporting, policy and technology. It's the ability to see the difference between the two.
Agile is the new 15%. Based on a HBR article most leaders, up to 85%, lead toward functional expertise as you can see on the bottom half of our model.
These leaders are technically brilliant and usually focused on being very good at delivering on a few narrow responsibilities.
We look to take the 85% and bring them up to the "Top Fifteen Percent" where subjective challenges are addressed and leaders are more co-creative and strategy focussed.
They become cross functional and interdependent whilst becoming an industry pioneer with the role of leading a convergence of people, strategy and misson.
